Objectives
The general objective of this WP is to ensure sustainability of the NoEs by elaborating strategies for establishing partnerships with stakeholders who can benefit from the NoE services while ensuring the NoE financial sustainability.
The specific objectives are:
- Identifying the target stakeholders / customers who will benefit from the NoE services.
- Developing value propositions for the different stakeholders.
- Defining the activities necessary to fulfil the value propositions (service portfolio).
- Securing necessary knowledge holders and experts who can carry out the activities, as well as necessary infrastructure in place to enable service delivery.
- Elaborating strategies for establishing partnerships with stakeholders to support service delivery.
- Elaborating a business model to ensure future stakeholders / customers can benefit from the NoE services while ensuring financial sustainability of the NoEs
