Objectives
The general objective of this WP is to evaluate the progress of JANE-2 against its internal milestones and deliverables and to ensure that the JA accomplishes its established objectives (evaluation of process, outputs and outcomes of the network). Also, this WP Evaluation aims to ensure that all outcomes of the JA achieve high standards of quality and have a significant impact, at the EU, Member States and healthcare provider levels and ultimately at the patients and population levels. Finally, this WP aims to support the development of the evaluation framework of each of the NoE to support the NoE monitoring after the end of this JA.
Evaluation and quality improvement will be achieved through:
- Integrated Evaluation Strategy for the JA and the NoE (process and results indicators)
- Annual Reporting Tool: a digital solution that facilitates the submission of annual performance reports by each NoE. This tool will employ analytics to highlight areas of excellence and those requiring improvement.
- Network-wide Dashboard: a real-time visualization tool that aggregates data from all NoEs, providing an overarching view of the Network’s performance
- Future-proof setup to monitor the established NoE-networks and their sustainability
