Objectives

WP2 aims to ensure high visibility, accessibility and promotion of the JA results and the 7 NoEs by actively analyzing the communities and networks of stakeholders, engaging additional audiences, and refining targets and key messages in collaboration with all JANE-2 WPs/NoEs. It involves mapping and analyzing the contents and targets of all JANE-2 WPs, optimizing communication channels and contents based on target audiences, and focusing dissemination strategies on sustainability beyond the project’s timeframe.

Specific objectives:

  • To disseminate and communicate JANE-2 outputs and NoE updates and outputs
  • To raise awareness within the oncological community and patient advocacy groups on NoEs’ services
  • To promote the project in order to engage as many stakeholders as possible in the NoEs and communicate the NoEs among the wider community.
  • To assess/measure the effectiveness and impact of dissemination & communication: ensure that the project results are disseminated according to the dissemination plan, eventually perform adjustments
  • To the plan, and the achievements are measured in terms of achievements of dissemination KPIs.

Target groups: (i) CCCs, CCIs, ERNs, other networks. (ii) patient advocacy groups. (iii) scientific societies, collaborative research groups, industries. (iv) policymakers at the level of the EU and MSs. (v) additional partners of the upcoming NoEs on cancer, (vi) general audience, all citizens.

Tasks

T2.1 To upgrade, update and maintain the website of the JA (Task Leader: NHRF)
T2.2 To support the dissemination of each NoE activities and progresses (Task Leader: VULSK)
T2.3 To develop a Dissemination Strategy (Task Leader: CSGVA)
T2.4 To organize conferences, events and demonstrations (i.e. info days, workshops, etc.) at national, regional and European level. (Task Leader: IRST)
