The article synthesises available evidence on educational interventions for developing palliative and supportive care competencies among oncology residents, with the aim of informing future training standards in cancer care.
This publication is an important contribution to the work of our Network of Expertise on Palliative Care, particularly Task 3 on education, competence and training standards, and contributes to the evidence base for our continued work towards harmonised European recommendations for palliative care training in oncology.
