We are pleased to invite you to an insightful webinar titled “Fostering Synergies for Effective Prevention Strategies in Health and Care Systems,” scheduled to take place on 5th May 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 (CET) online.
In light of the increasing strain on Europe’s health and care systems, this webinar aims to bring together key European initiatives and stakeholders to discuss how to effectively implement prevention strategies. The focus will be on the importance of investment and collaborative efforts between researchers, policymakers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to maximize the impacts of research in the field of prevention and ensure sustainable outcomes.
The event is co-organized by four major initiatives: Horizon Europe funded projects PROPHET and the European Partnership on Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS), alongside two Joint Actions funded under the EU4Health Programme, namely the JAPreventNCD and JANE2.After an introduction from the International Agency for Cancer Research (IARC), the four initiatives will present and discuss their specific contribution.
